Niflheim Forge
A European directory of music services: studios, managers, photographers, plants, live crews and tour logistics, sorted by job rather than by industry. You search for the work, not the company.

Sorted by the job
Twelve groups, each a job inside a project rather than an industry label. Someone who needs mastering does not search under recording studio but under audio and recording. The directory deliberately separates what usually gets lumped together: mastering from mixing, UGC from audience publishing, vehicle hire from complete tour transport.

Why
Sample text at the intended length. Three or four sentences on how Niflheim Forge came about: what was missing for you, what you first did by hand, and when it became clear this would turn into something. Concrete, in your own words, no marketing voice.
Why you built Niflheim Forge. Nothing public on the site states a motive, so nothing is written here.
- What was hard to find, for the shop or for your own projects?
- Why Europe-wide rather than only Germany?
- Why sorted by job rather than by industry?
Insight
Sample text at the intended length. This is where the one thing you want to share publicly goes, technical or creative. Three or four sentences: what the problem was, how you solved it, and what surprised you. Enough substance that a peer nods, and short enough that nobody drops out.
One technical or creative insight you want to share publicly. None of it may come from the repo, only what you choose to tell.
- How do 7,500 profiles come together without turning into data junk?
- What does "checked against provider-controlled pages" mean in practice?
- How does the provider claim process work?

What else is in there
Where the directory stops
Forge does not broker and takes no cut. Contact runs through the provider's own website, email or enquiry form. What a profile shows is the starting point for the questions you have to ask before agreeing a scope anyway, not a recommendation.
- Source-checked profiles
- Services and contacts are checked against provider-controlled pages, so a profile is more than a copied address.
- One specialist or a team
- You can look for one specialist or assemble and compare a complete project team.
- Status
- Coming soon. The final address will be forge.niflheimrecords.de; while it does not resolve, this page links the preview address.
