02How I work
How this gets made
All of it, through to running
Concept, design, code, copy, brand, video, socials, search. On the products here I handed none of it off. Not on principle, but because I enjoy it, and because you only understand a product once you have touched every part of it.
Out of my own life
Metal and vinyl, Franconian beer, Wagner, my own side business, public tenders from a former job, working with agents. Every product here started with something that occupied me myself. That is why the details hold up, and why I keep at it.
Online, not in a drawer
Most of them are live and in use: with orders, readers, followers, people at concerts who say they know the shop. The rest is in progress and is shown that way.
Human and agents
I work with AI agents every day, for copy, data, code and video. How I organise that I have written down and published as a framework, with examples and a learning platform: REALM. And I work by it myself.
